Pricing

Simple, transparent management.

Sirène’s full-service management fee is calculated as a percentage of Airbnb booking earnings, excluding the cleaning fee. Founding portfolio properties may qualify for preferential introductory pricing. Cleaning, laundry, maintenance, consumables, photography, and other third-party property costs are agreed separately and transparently.
